Every number in these documents comes from the same files the software enforces — the plan limits, the 14-day refund window, the retention windows — so what you read here is what the product does. They are short, and the parts that limit what we promise are near the top rather than buried.
- Terms of Use19 sections This is the whole agreement between you and us, written to be read rather than to be survived. It says what the tool does, what it deliberately does not promise, what you keep, and what we owe you if anything about the product changes.
- Privacy Policy13 sections A short policy for a product that collects little. The only measurement is a page count on our own server, with no cookie and no identifier; there is no advertising and no tracking of any kind, and your rendered screenshots never reach us at all — they are drawn on your machine and written straight to your disk.
- Fair Usage Policy6 sections The limits are few, they are published as numbers rather than adjectives, and they come from the same file the server enforces. Nothing here is a surprise you find out about after paying.
- Refund Policy8 sections Every paid plan carries a 14-day refund window, the lifetime licence included. One email is enough, and you do not have to explain yourself.
- Acceptable Use Policy4 sections A short list of things that get an account stopped, and a real procedure for reporting content that should not be here. It forms part of the terms of use.
- Cookie Policy6 sections One cookie, and it is the one that keeps you signed in. There is nothing to consent to, so there is no banner asking you to.
- Sub-processors3 sections 4 companies, one job each. This page is the current list, and it is also how we announce a change to it.
- Security Overview10 sections What this product actually does, described specifically enough to be checked. It is a small independent product with no security certification, and saying so is part of the description.
- Accessibility Statement4 sections What we aim for, what we know is not there yet, and what to do if the editor is unusable for you. A statement that lists no gaps is a statement nobody tested.
Who you are dealing with
Easy App Screens is an independent product, built and operated from Argentina by one developer. Payments are taken by Paddle as merchant of record, so the invoice and the tax on it are theirs — and so is the identity check they ran before a single charge could be made. Everything else — the product, your data, the answers — is ours.
The operator is a person, not a company, so the full legal identity behind the name is given on request rather than published on nine indexed pages.
